Beautitude makes it a principle to protect the personal information of customers who use its website, and complies with personal information protection provisions under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.

Through these Terms of Service, Beautitude informs you that we do not collect personal information without your consent, and explains how personal information is used and how it is protected.

We do not transfer or sell personal information obtained through membership registration for profit-making purposes.

Article 1 Consent to the Collection of Personal Information

If you agree to the contents of these Terms when signing up for membership or using the service, you are deemed to have consented to the collection of personal information.

Beautitude will take necessary measures so that you can exercise the right to withdraw from the collection of personal information through methods and procedures equivalent to those used at the time of collection.

Article 2 Purpose

The purpose of these Terms is to set forth, in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, the conditions and procedures for using the services provided by Beautitude, as well as other necessary matters.

  • For identity verification and membership management required to provide services at the time of membership registration.
  • To carry out the services provided by Beautitude (treatment consultation, reservations, informational materials, event information, etc.).
  • Beautitude provides a channel through which customers can submit opinions and complaints related to personal information protection. If you have any inquiries related to personal information, please contact Beautitude’s person in charge of personal information management, and we will take action immediately upon receipt.

Article 3 Effectiveness and Changes to the Terms

  1. Beautitude does not provide or share customer information with any third party or institution without the customer’s consent.
  2. Customers may check their own information at any time, and may modify or delete it upon request.
  3. Customer personal information will be destroyed once the purpose of collection or the purpose for which it was provided has been achieved, as follows. If it must be retained continuously, we will obtain the customer’s consent.
  • For membership registration information: when the customer withdraws membership or is expelled from membership
  • For service usage information: when the service has been provided

(However, exceptions apply where retention is necessary pursuant to laws and regulations such as the Commercial Act.)

Article 4 Service Withdrawal and Re-Registration

Service Withdrawal

  1. If a customer wishes to withdraw from the service, the customer may directly request withdrawal by phone or email.
  2. When requesting withdrawal, please provide your name and contact information. We will confirm whether it matches the membership records and then process the withdrawal.

Re-Registration

If a customer who has withdrawn from the service wishes to re-register, the customer may directly request re-registration by phone or email.

Article 5 Measures to Prevent Personal Information Leakage

Beautitude strives to ensure safety so that customers’ personal information is not stolen, lost, or damaged when using it, by making efforts through the following methods:

  1. Customers’ personal information is protected by ID and password. It can only be modified/deleted by the administrator and the customer themselves. When data is transmitted, it is encrypted and protected through separate security functions.
  2. Beautitude takes measures to prevent customer harm caused by computer viruses by using antivirus programs.
  3. Beautitude uses security devices that enable the safe transmission of personal information on the network by using encryption technology.

Article 6 Member Obligations

  1. Members must comply with matters stipulated in these Terms as well as other regulations established by Beautitude, service guides, and notices. Members must not engage in acts that interfere with Beautitude’s business or damage Beautitude’s reputation.
  2. When applying for the service or changing member information, members must enter all matters under their real name and based on facts. If false information or another person’s information is registered, no rights may be claimed.
  3. Members must not engage in any of the following acts. If a member engages in such acts, Beautitude may impose sanctions including restrictions on service use and other legal measures.

  • Misappropriating another user’s personal information
  • Acts that violate relevant laws and regulations

Privacy Policy

“Beautitude” (hereinafter referred to as the “Shop”) places great importance on protecting customers’ personal information and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act.

Through this Privacy Policy, the Shop informs you of the purposes and methods by which the personal information you provide is used, and what measures are taken to protect personal information.

However, if it is necessary to retain information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, the Shop may retain personal information for the periods below:

4. Procedures and Methods for Destruction of Personal Information

When personal information becomes unnecessary due to the expiration of the retention period or achievement of the processing purpose, the Shop will destroy it without delay.

  • Destruction method: Information in electronic file form is permanently deleted using a method that makes recovery impossible, and paper documents are shredded or incinerated.
